Hello peaches!

I’m sorry it took so long for this post but I had something really special planned. I’ve made a video for you guys where I’ll be talking about the post shampoo ritual we discussed in the earlier post.
I’m super excited! This would be my first video and I’ll be doing many more henceforth (Yes, you will be watching a lot more of me for the rest of your lives. Cool, no?)
I had so much fun doing this video. I hope you guys enjoy watching it too.
Yaaaayyyyyyy!! 😀 (I’m going to be such a peachy youtuber, yeah!)

Peaches who can’t watch the video at the moment, can read the content below. BUT. You *have to* watch the video ‘cause if you don’t, you’re missing out on a lot of fun, man! 😛

Today we’re going to talk about the after shampoo ritual. As I’ve explained pre shampoo ritual is oiling your hair, then you shampoo and then what?? How many of you think I’m going to suggest some pricey conditioner? Nah. Wouldn’t that be too clichéd?
I’m not against using conditioners. But I personally haven’t used one since more than a year. Many people think that conditioners are good for their hair and the rest of them know that they’re not so good. Get the difference?

All conditioners have some seriously harmful chemicals one of them being silicones which are not so hair friendly. And why would one use conditioners when I’m here to tell you about a substitute that works even better and is actually healthy for your hair.
And that substitute is.. Wait for it… It’s- Apple cider vinegar.

So how does this work?

  • Apple cider vinegar maintains the pH of your hair while removing all the dirty build up without stripping your hair off its natural oils.
  • It seals the cuticle making your hair look smooth, shiny and soft.
  • Also helps to a great extent in treating dandruff, itchy scalp because of its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
  • Studies have also shown that it stimulates better circulation in hair follicles making hair strong from the roots.

And this is exactly why you should replace your conditioner with this product.
I’m going to tell u how u can make a hair spray out of this.

This is super easy to make.  As easy as falling off a log. All you need is water, apple cider vinegar and a spray bottle. Now you will fill half portion of this bottle with water and the rest half with apple cider vinegar so that it’s in equal proportions. And your natural homemade conditioner is ready.

And this is how you’re going to use it:

After oiling and then washing your hair with a shampoo, you will spray this product generously on your hair and also massage it into your scalp. Allow it to stay for 5-6mins and then thoroughly wash it off with water.

Now it’s very important to know that this product is acidic and the smell is a little irritating and also if it enters your eyes you will feel a slightly burning sensation. But it won’t cause any harm all you have to do is wash it with water and you’re good.

This does leave any smell in your hair instead it will make your hair feel very fresh and once your hair dries you will know the difference.

Okay, you need not write me a thank you note, but all you got to do is subscribe to my channel and share the video. Do it right now, I’m watching.  😛

My next video will be on a lipstick from Sephora. I’m super excited!

Okay so bye for now. I’ll see you soon enough and until then, stay peachy!
